I never really got into his music until recently, mainly because I never heard much about him until the last year or so, but I think he is very good, and extremely underrated. My favorite song of his is "The Pretender". Very relatable song. I also like his live version of the song "Stay". If any of you haven't heard his version, I highly recommend it. I actually just received his Running On Empty cd in the mail today, and it's great! Most of the songs on the cd are done live before an audience. Anyway, is anyone here fans of Jackson Browne?

I have two of his albums, his debut (sometimes called Saturate Before Using but sometimes referred to as a self-titled album) and Late For the Sky. Late For the Sky is a better album but the 1972 debut has my favorite Jackson Browne song, "Doctor My Eyes." :)

Yeah, I'm a new fan of his, so I don't have those albums yet. When I get some extra money though I plan on buying everyone of his albums. He is an incredibly talented singer/songwriter, and I'm honestly surprised that he never became more popular than he did. I mean it took two months for anyone to respond to this post for crying out loud! Most people think I'm mad when I say this, but I enjoy his music more than Bruce Springsteen's, and several other more popular, and mainstream artists.
Btw, wasn't Jackson married to a famous actress in the 70's, or 80's? I remember hearing about that, but I can't remember her name. It was on some biography show or something. Apparantely the marriage had some serious problems, and the two got divorced. I wish I could remember the actresses name.

You're thinking of his relationship with Darryl Hannah, although I don't think they were ever actually married. I could be wrong about that, though.
