I took this spelling test on this site. Well, it's hard to take a real one, but they give you the choice of 2 spellings and only one is correct. I got 32 correct out of 50. It's harder than it looks. Try it!

36 out of 50. I am a good speller, but some of them words were HARD! Never even heard of a couple...

i missed four. i'm a grammer/spelling freak. i look for spelling errors in menus and everywhere i go. yes...i'm a freak. :D

i was in the county bee 4 years in a row. i won the first time then i got 2nd then 4th then 1st again.

WOW! You all did really good! I'm surprised because I know so many people that are horrible spellers! They can't spell for the life of them, but they're also really smart people. I've always been a pretty good speller and now I see there IS good spellers out there! :)

Crap, I only got 24 lol. I feel extremely stupid. Those words were really hard, though, a few I just guessed because I've never even heard of them...Since when is it "all right"? I always thought it was spelled alright. wow... *stupid*

15 wrong- normally I'm great at spelling-but those words are the ones you kinda question sometimes- I'm not surprised that they're commonly misspelled (misspelled- that's another tricky one). Anyway- I think some of those words are different in Britain anyway.
