Hi!

I got a Double Feature GoodTimes Lucy Show DVD, but I noticed in the episodes the theme song is altered (it sounds different), but most noticibly the announcer doesn't say anything like: The Lucy Show. Starring Lucille Ball... Costarring Gale Gordon. This is cut out. Does anyone know why?

I didn't listen closely enough to know if the actual song was different, I think it may very well have been, but there is no announcer during the theme song.

I have only bought one of the GoodTimes dvds of the Lucy Show so I don't know if the other Lucy Show dvds by GoodTimes were like this.

This is because they don't have the music rights. I've bought store bought tapes of Andy Griffith and Petticoat Junction, and have been disappointed that the theme music is completely different. Hope this helps
