Since Alice was cancelled, I havent seen Vic Tayback much. But he is currently on a tv commercial for a law firm called Marks and Harrison, he plays an executive in an insurance company.
Robert Vaughn plays the spokesman on the same ad spot.

Vic Tayback hasn't been on any commercials. He is currently busy being dead.

This is interesting.

Vic died in 1990, someone is actually airing 13 year old commercials and passing them off as the real thing, not as in retro-mericals like one sees on TV Land.

I always thought it was against the FCC to air commercials starring someone who has since passed on? Unless of course its a PSA or something. Like Gilda Radner for example when she did a few anti-cancer PSAs that aired a for awhile after her death.

I remember back in the 80s when Lorne Greene did commercials for some life insurance company. Once Green passed away, those commercials were never seen again.

Nothing is impossible with commercials these days although it probably wasn't him. My understanding is that the persons estate can authorize the use of likeness and voice even in new "commercials".

I didn't try to defeat the profanity filter. I said ****, and the filter caught it. if I was going to defeat the profanity filter, I would've used letter-shaped characters from the character map like this user prior used dollar signs instead of Ss.
