The second episode today(Halloween 1992) had the normal version of the theme song that TBS and WGN aired for the entire run. I guess from the 4th season on the shorter, more common version will be used.

I believe that the theme song was also used for the very first episode, can you name it?

What a Wonderful World was used for the first episode... ABC Family then used the extended version of Days Go By from the 2nd episode through the 3rd season. Starting in the 4th season, they use the shorter, more common version.

That song was by Louis Armstrong in the very first episode. I heard that song on the radio. The song was also remade by Joey Ramone from both the "Getting There" and "Freaky Friday" soundtracks. Joey did cover the Louis Armstrong classic and made into a more alternative rock version.
