Okay, the good news is that ABC Family finally aired the "Happy Halloween" episode. The only downside is that a lot of the dialogue was cut out resulting in many confusing reactions to lines (some even punch-lines) that are never heard. Oh well, it was nice to see it again, especially since there seemed to be some reason why ABC Family continually skipped over the episode.
