Well, I got a video capture card for my computer, and I was playing around with it the other day, and I decided to make screencaps of a WHOLE Wings episode. lol yeah, I went nuts and ended up with 100 screencaps and posted them up on a website.. thumbnails AND full-views. :crazy:

After I did it, I realized that I was nuts, because first of all, it took me much longer than I thought it would (good thing I haven't had too much homework this week. lol), and second of all, it took up 10.8 MB of space on Yahoo. hahahaha that's nuts- it was just one episode!! hehe.

I'll be screencapping some more Wings episodes soon, but not entire episodes anymore... just certain scenes and stuff...

but yeah- check it out. I put a lot of work into it. lol.

what the heck does geocities mean by allocated data transfer??!!
RRRRRR. I was checking the site to make sure all the pictures are linked to the ones they're supposed to be linked to, and all of a sudden it gives me some crap about the site having exceeded its allocated data transfer! rrr. BULL. So hey actually only allow a certain amount of activity at their sites, and then it's disabled or something? that's rediculous!
so, i dunno if anyone can get to it at the moment. i can't... grr. it said to try again within the next hour though.

Well, I will agree, you ARE nuts, but that's just the sort of thing I would do if I had more stuff on my pc to play around with. :)

grrr yahoo geocities never used to have bandwidth restrictions...

The site worked fine. The first five pics came up really fast, had to wait a bit for the others, but my computer's slow, so it's to be expected. They looked great tho.

yeah, Stace- I think that's actually the only episode where they give a view of the airport terminal like that- the upstairs balcony and the downstairs at the same time. A couple of episodes had scenes that took place upstairs, but that's the only time I can think of where they gave a view of that whole side of the airport. It looks cool.

I think maybe the pilot and one of the x-mas epis they showed both levels at the same time. maybe i'm mistaken, it's been awhile. it looks so cool to see the whole thing from time to time.

oooh. I've never seen the pilot episode.
And I know if the "Happy Holidays" episode, they showed the balcony i think, but not both floors at the same time... I don't remember the other Christmas episodes.

ei Krista! :wave: do you by any chance have screencaps of other episodes posted somewhere? i really enjoyed looking through those images! when i flip through it very fast it is as if it's moving! :lol:

i love the kissing scenes and when joe tumbled and fell and when helen poured water in her blouse! hilarious!

You outta set you up an MSN group for Wings screencaps or something, they have alot of space, easy to use, and free :)

I think Allocated Data Transfer means too much data on the site, like too much data for the site to have to download :)

I'm glad you like them!! Nope, I haven't had any chances to cap any more episodes yet. I'm planning on it, though!! I hope I'll get a chance to soon....
