Wow, now this is what will boost the ratings, and keep viewers watching.
This was the most hilarious eposide of Becker I've ever seen before.
What do ysll think?

I think this episode could be a good sign that the this season won't be dragging in the mud much longer. Hopefully the pace will pick up a bit.

I'm surprised really; I sat through this episode and never cracked a smile. I can't stand Nancy Travis any longer. And that new fat guy is not funny at all. A few more episodes like this and I'm done with this show.

i think shes doing an excellent job.
How could you not smile, or perhaps even grin, maybe you've changed your tune about Becker, perhaps Friends would be better, maybe you decide.....
I think you should stick with Becker

Becker is soup for the soul! :happyface

I hate Friends. I thought Becker was an awesome show and still like Ted Danson's character very much. I compare Chris to Reggie and IMO, they're not even close. I compare Bob to 'New Fat Guy' and it's Bob hands down.

I'm starting to like Chris, but she's NOWHERE near as good as Reggie. She never will be, but I guess I can live with that. I very much agree with you about "the new fat guy". I think he is a ridiculous addition to the show. I will keep watching though, because I love the other characters.

I agree. I miss Bob. He was the best. I love how he referred to himself in the third person like Bob Dole, lol.
The fat guy doesn't make me laugh at all.
I'm trying to give Chris a chance, but I don't know....
This foolish storyline of two adults who can't get 'together' is ridiculous.
I swear they're trying to recapture the Sam and Diane magic where it was like a soap opera, and people couldn't wait to tune in every week to Cheers to see what was going to happen.
Another thing....has Becker always been cheap? I used to watch fairly regularly, then quit when it lost its Monday timeslot, but I'm watching it again.
I don't recall John being cheap. Now he's cutting coupons for restaurants....afraid Chris will order lobster....
I don't like it. I don't like cheap people period, even on sitcoms. It just turns me off on them.

John has been pretty cheap for awhile now. I don't like cheap people either.....and the guys a freakin' doctor.

When those two kiss, it looks like the most uncomfortable thing for both of them.

Sorry to be a haunt, but has Becker always been cheap...from the beginning? I can't believe this slipped by me.
I was never a very faithful viewer, but I don't recall them driving his stinginess home like they do now.

I'm not 100% sure of it, but I believe he has always been cheap.
