View Full Version : New York Knicks jekouptown 10-29-2003, 04:17 PM TONIGHT IS THE START OF WHAT COULD BE ANOTHER LONG LONG SEASON.......DOES ANYONE AGREE..? wickthayer 10-29-2003, 04:17 PM I agree, good luck jekouptown 10-30-2003, 11:15 AM DID YOU SEE VAN HORN isiahthomas 10-30-2003, 11:28 AM Van Horn did do good last night. I saw some of the game. He had 29 points & he fouled out. Dikembe Mutombo looked pretty good too. I wish he would've had more than 1 block. The Knicks finally got a true center so Kurt Thomas can play at his natural position at power forward. Allan Houston had a terrible night yesterday. He only scored 10 points on 4-17 shooting from the field. jekouptown 10-30-2003, 11:41 AM Originally posted by isiahthomas Van Horn did do good last night. I saw some of the game. Van Horn is streaky, so that might be a problem. Mutumbo is ok, he is no real missing puzzle piece or anything. Unless Antonio McDyess plays 2/3 of the season, the Knicks are screwed. jekouptown 10-30-2003, 04:44 PM Originally posted by dlemond Houston is playing hurt- he should not be playing at all at this point. WHO IS GOING TO PLAY SG.? 2. STREAKY IS NOT A PROBLEM WHEN HE IS NOT THE FOCAL POINT 3. WE NEVER WON ANYTHING WITH MCDYESS. isiahthomas 10-30-2003, 05:55 PM Ever since McDyess has been in New York, he hasn't even played a game yet LOL. Even if he does come back healthy, he ain't gonna be a huge impact player cause he's washed up. His best yrs were in Denver when he first came in the league. dlemond 10-30-2003, 06:02 PM Originally posted by jekouptown 1. WHO IS GOING TO PLAY SG.? 2. On a normal team you would have someone to back him up. 2. When has he been the focal point? This is his test- and only because they have no one else. 3. The Knicks haven't won anything since he has been here. He hasn't played!! So they never had a chance to win or lose with him. You telling me you wouldn't take a healthy McDyess?? EricIdlefan 11-08-2003, 02:59 PM Seems like Mydyess doesn't seem to carry his weight around and help the team out!! isiahthomas 11-08-2003, 03:31 PM F**k Antonio McDyess hahahahahahahahahahaha. His career is done just like Grant Hill's punk ass is done. I wish both of them would retire. The Knicks beat Sacramento last night 114-111 LOL. Allan Houston had 39 points & Keith Van Horn had 20 points & 13 boards. Kurt Thomas had 17 points & 14 boards. Dikembe had 4 blocks. Peja Stojakovic had 36 points for Sacramento. Sacramento has lost like 7 straight in New York LOL. EricIdlefan 11-10-2003, 12:47 PM Originally posted by isiahthomas F**k Antonio McDyess hahahahahahahahahahaha. But I thought the Clippers were the scapegoats of the NBA if not in all of sports!!?? jekouptown 11-10-2003, 01:46 PM Originally posted by EricIdlefan What do you have against Grant Hill?? GRANT HILL GOT ALL THAT DETROIT MONEY AND DIDN'T PLAY ANOTHER SEASON. At least larry johnson suited up.*l* the clippers don't know how to reward high performance players. they let all the core guys walk...andre miller..darius miles...to name two... jekouptown 01-06-2004, 03:06 PM Originally posted by isiahthomas F**k Antonio McDyess hahahahahahahahahahaha. Jeff Van Gundy returning to MSG as an opposing coach for the first time since he left the Knicks and Starbury's MSG debut as a Knick. People will be paying for scalped tickets like it's a Finals game. isiahthomas 01-07-2004, 01:17 PM Rapper Joe Budden who has the hit song Pump It Up that came out last yr was talkin about the Knicks in a interview i saw in a Slam basketball magazine recently. He said that Dikembe Mutombo is 47 yrs old hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. He also called Keith Van Horn a bum & he said the Knicks aren't gonna be good for a long time. He said he's a die hard Knicks fan. Well i hope his opinion has changed since they got Stephon now. Joe Budden can't talk about nobody cause his rap career is wack. He can't rap & i laugh at him everytime i hear his Pump It Up song. Pump pump pump it up hahahahahahahahahahahaha. jekouptown 01-07-2004, 03:46 PM Originally posted by isiahthomas Rapper Joe Budden who has the hit song Pump It Up that came out last yr was talkin about the Knicks in a interview i saw in a Slam basketball magazine recently.
