View Full Version : Sleeping Habits
Rickenbacker 10-29-2003, 07:42 AM John Lennon once asked Paul McCartney "How Do You Sleep?" & now I'm asking here. :)
You a sound sleeper? A light sleeper?
Restful or restless?
I'm a pretty sound sleeper. I *think* I snore..lightly! I like sleeping w/ the covers over my head. Long time habit of mine. On the bad side, I know I kick in my sleep. Not like, karate kicks, but just sorta moving my leg back & forth quickly. It's bizarre.
I'm a sloppy sleeper too. Covers, pillows & sheets are a mess in the morning.
The Modfather 10-29-2003, 07:48 AM I'm a restless/ light sleeper. I also do this "dance" in my bed. I shake my body back and forth until I go to sleep. I'm also a messy sleeper most time's my blankets are on the floor. And the smallest noise wakes me up. If it's not pitch black I can't sleep. The smallest light I'll be up all night! And no matter how late I go to bed I wake up about 4-6.
¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 10-29-2003, 02:50 PM Im a very deep sleeper-nothing wakes me up. I also do a little dance if I cant fall asleep. As for snoring, no, but Ive been told at times I breathe heavily. Yah, Ill wake up in the morning with the pillows on the floor, comforter hanging off, and the sheets torn up like a tornado.
PZelda 10-29-2003, 03:33 PM I'm a pretty sound sleeper...I sleep with the covers up to my nose, and I sleep VERY still, so in the morning when I wake up, only one pillow is rarely on the floor (I sleep with a lot of pillows  ). :D

Brian 10-29-2003, 05:06 PM I am a very sound sleeper. I talk in my sleep often and wake myself up "yelling." In addition, I cuss in my sleep. I also have a tendency to move around a lot. A couple of weeks ago I had a dream that I was kicking something and I woke myelf up after I kicked my bedroom lamp and almost broke it.
Crimson and Clover 10-29-2003, 05:25 PM Im a sound sleeper, hardly anything wakes me up. Im also a sloppy sleeper, my pillows always end up in the floor.
Mr. Stefani 10-29-2003, 05:29 PM When im alseep, im out. i dont wake up for anything. like when the smoke detectors were going off all night, i didn't get up once and its right above my head. I'm restless too. I sometimes wake up at the other end of the bed. I kick a lot too.
KerriBerri687 10-29-2003, 05:41 PM im a sorta light sleeper...i talk A LOT in my sleep. drives people craaazy:crazy:
*Marilyn Monroe* 10-29-2003, 06:52 PM When I sleep light, I have the weirdest dreams! But I usually sleep really heavily.
Kay Scarpetta 10-29-2003, 06:54 PM Lately, I've been sleeping lightly. Probably because I've become very jumpy these days. I also need to sleep in pitch dark, with my door closed. I unfortunately have disturbing dreams which sometimes result in me crying in my sleep. Seriously, I'll wake up, and there will be tears on my face. Odd.

*Pleasant Tomorrow* 10-29-2003, 07:56 PM I definately a deep sleeper, I don't wake up for anything. But then again, it's a lot easier for me to get up than other people I know.
Brent88 10-29-2003, 08:07 PM I am a pretty deep sleeper too... I rarely wake up during the night. I am calm when I sleep as well.
I have dreams a lot though, usually 3 or 4 times a week.
Titania 10-29-2003, 08:44 PM I'm a very light sleeper, anything will wake me up. I can't sleep in total quiet or with light and any irregular noise will wake me up in a second.
I'm pretty restless too. I usually end the night with a different number of pillows/blankets because I kick them or knock them onto the floor, and I always wake up facing a different direction or something.
dawsongirl 10-29-2003, 09:31 PM Pretty sound when I finally get to sleep. I can sleep thru alarms, loud noises outside...
PashminaDietrich 10-29-2003, 09:37 PM Light and restless. Loud noises get me up every time and the covers are either on the floor in the summer or bundled around me like a cocoon in the winter.
*PinkLady* 10-29-2003, 09:57 PM I sleep pretty soundly when I get to sleep. I also snore soundly, or so I'm told. I haven't heard myself yet. :p
Rickenbacker 10-29-2003, 10:03 PM I hate it when I'm woken up for whatever reason & I can't fall back to sleep. I'm not one of those lucky few who can go right on back to sleep. Takes me at least 2 hours.
AnaheimPMWitch 10-29-2003, 10:43 PM I"m a Deep sleeper Lets just say I once slept through a 5.0 earthquake and IIII was sleeping on the floor
dandelion wine 10-29-2003, 11:16 PM Once I'm actually able to fall asleep, nothing can wake me up. I start out curled up on my side, then I turn over onto my tummy and by the time my alarm goes off, there's no telling what position I'll be in. My covers are strewn about the bed, with my pillow hanging over the side.
