In a black and white ep TV Land just aired Dr. Bellows moves in with Maj. Nelson. No mention of the Dr.'s longtime wife, Amanda, aNYWHERE IN THE EP. The writers hadn't invented her at this early point in the show.

ModGenie 10-29-2003, 08:23 PM No.. they didn't mention Mrs. Bellows until the 2nd season... BUT I did notice that in the ep's even before Mrs. Bellows was mentioned dr. bellows always had a wedding ring!!! (if I'm not mistaken)... well I dunno anyway.. but I'm pretty sure he did have a ring on that finger!! (hehe I just edited it to say 2nd season, because I'm too lazy to reply and correct myself) Ms Garthe Knight 12-19-2003, 06:29 AM Did Mrs Bellows get intro in the 3rd season? I thought it was the 2nd? I could be wrong. Just Popped In 12-20-2003, 02:03 AM Originally posted by Ms Garthe Knight Did Mrs Bellows get intro in the 3rd season? I thought it was the 2nd? No, you're right she was introduced in the 2nd season (she appeared in "The Mod Party" and "One of our bottles is missing", both 2nd season eps) By the way Ruth (it's you, not Dana, right)....anyway, sorry to go off-topic but I was curious to know just how BIG the hype has been there in New Zealand over the 3rd and final "Lord of the Rings" movie. Did you see it yet? GrandGame1440 03-10-2004, 04:35 PM Emmaline Henry premired as Amanda Bellows in the episode: "The World's Greatest Lover" which aired during the 2nd season (12/12/1966). :) |
