The Boston Red Sox manager is now looking for work even after nearly after leading his team to the World Series. The reasons are unknown but it was either manager Grady should had pulled pitcher Pedro Martinez out and Grady and the Red Sox Front Office not seeing eye-to-eye. Hope he will manage soon and fast!!

But, it's definitely the whole Pedro thing. If we had won the Series, Grady would still have a job. The front office is going to make it sound like that wasn't the only factor in the decision, but all Sox fans definitely know it was.

Who's available that's better? I don't know of any.
