I have only seen one of last season's eps. He was not in that episode and Bob Hope's credit appeared in the beginning. Was he in other opening credits? Can someone reply?

AtlantaBravesFan29 04-10-2004, 11:57 PM I have only seen one episode of Julia, the pilot episode. They showed it one Sunday night back in 1998 on Nick at Nite. And yes,Marc Copage appears in the credits towards the end of the theme song. In order the cast as it appears in the credits. Diahann Carroll as Julia Lloyd Nolan and Marc Copage as Corey I know I saw Diahann Carroll's biography on Lifetime a couple of years ago,and they showed what looked the last season credits where they showed the cast in square form. And the music was different, slower but not fast like the first season. jamesanthony 04-11-2004, 07:55 PM Corey was always billed except for the one with Bob Hope. Lloyd Nolan wasn't always billed though and when he was credited as "and frequently starring Lloyn Nolan as Dr Morton Chegley". hawaii five-o 04-12-2004, 01:06 PM I seem to remember Corey's friend, the little red head kid, being in the opening credits, too. jamesanthony 04-12-2004, 04:29 PM i think so. earl j waggerdorn was the character, dont remember the young actor's name. corey always called him by his full name including the middle initial. betty baird played his mother but she was never in the opening, nor his father the cop. Michael Link was Earl J. Waggerdorn. YES! I finally get a response to my post after almost seven months. I do think Marie Waggerdorn should have received credit opening billing. I think Earl was added in the openings during season 2 for audience appeal. JMO. jamesanthony 04-13-2004, 11:34 AM Hi Thomas: Persistence pays off. I think that shows in general limit the number of players who are billed in the main titles because those actors have to get residual money from the reruns. I am not sure of this though. |
