I can't see the "Goodbye" episode being funny at all. It will just be weird and extremely sad not seeing John in it. What direction do you think the show will move in?? Do you think it will still be centered on the dating lives of the 2 daughters or will it be now be focused on Kate being a single mom? Share your thoughts...

Also, does anyone know if Henry Wrinkler joining the cast was just a rumor or was he seriously considered to be part of the show???

To answer your questions.. I think the show will be more centered on Cate being a single mom. I don't know how they would center it on Catehaving trouble trying to raise two teenage girls because all of the past episodes showed that Cate didn't have a problem raising them.. only Paul did.

As for Henry Winkler, all I know if that he was going to gueststar in the 4th epsiode (2nd season) that they didn't tape because of John's death.. I don't know if he is going to become part of the cast -I don't think they have said anything about it.

I hope that they don't bring anyone else in because in real life there are a lot of single parents and on tv all the families are two parents mainly. So i think it would be better for cate to be a single mom because it would be more realistic. Like i said that's just my opinion!

TV guide says that they may be adding parents for Cate and that all they heard was that these parents will stay for at least four episode and that they are trying to get Dick Van Dyke to play her father.
