If you don't agree with the government, which some of us don't, and could over throw it, What kind of government would you create?

I also want to add that you don't have to use old government ideas. Create your own theory on Government...I'm curious to see if we have genuine political philosophers among us.

A democratic republic goverment that has seperation of powers and checks and balances. I would also like a goverment that has some control over the private sector.
