It's a spoof of both "The Blair Witch Project" and Escape from/Return to Witch Mountain." I've actually seen the full video a couple times. It features a lot of the co-stars from both movies, such as Dermott Downs, Brad Savage, and Dick Bakalyan, and Kim & Ike appear at the end as well.
