I didn't begin watching this show until after it was in syndication. So I had to go on the Internet to find out what happened in the last episode, because this show was kind of killed silently by NBC in Spring 1999. That last episode where she ends up marrying that Randy guy, whom, along with the show moving into an office, totally ruined the fourth and final season, but sees Richard with his baby in the boucony of the church finished leaving us hanging....forever. I guess the show was officially cancelled in the summer and they never got to tape a conclusion episode. Maybe they should bring it back. It would be better than dribble like "Coupling", "Whoopi", "Happy Family", and "Good Morning, Miami", which is half of NBC's current sitcom lineup.
Ambiguity may be great in literature, but not in television.
