joe was great one of my favs ,but i saw joe cracking up constantly but i liked it i don't know it kind of made him more real to me a guys guy you know,it also seemed it was always when he was acting with matthew in a scene .maybe andy just hit his funny bone with joe .....solofett. p.s w a y t b

anyone else get the impression he's a stoner? i didn't so much see his giddyness on newsradio, but on the man show he always looks like he's blazed and constantly giggling.

Actually, he does smoke pot. He even says so on his site www.joerogan.net But that doesn't matter, I think he was the best character, other than Bill. Bill was the best.
