Yippeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My two sets did indeed arrive in the late afternoon mail (today my mail came at 5:15 pm). Both sets look awesome, and I immediately popped in a Second Season disk (disk #3) and watched a couple of episodes.

The quality is excellent and I'm thrilled with them! All I have to say is Brownstein and Image had better follow thru with the plans for the remaining 3 season sets in 2004. In fact, it would be much appreciated *IF* Mr. Brownstein or an associate is lurking (as Doug hinted at in another thread) for them to assure us the remaining three volumes are an absolute go regardless of sales or anything else. That would really be nice to know.

Well, back to the set. More later.

I also ordered mine through Amazon, and I got an email saying just season one was shipped yesterday. What's up with that!?! :confused: Anyway, the other one says it's shipping today. So I should get season one tomorrow, and season two on Thursday.

I wish I'd known about DVD Empire because I would have loved to have them by now. Oh well, I'm just really glad that I got enough overtime this month that I could afford both :happyface

I'm new here so I first want to say Hi to everyone here! The Dick Van Dyke Show is one of my all-time favorites and I'm glad to have found this board! They also include free shipping on any order, which usually takes about a week. I was actually surprised to receive them on street date but very happy! Now, I happen to think the best thing about the show is Laura Petrie, but as you can probably tell by my signature line, I'm a little biased!
