i was checking the direct tv and i noticed that 8 simple rules is not airing tuesday night. i was so angry. does anyone know why and when the show is going to air again.

November 4th will be the next episode shiwn of 8SR. It will be new, and the first one without a legend.... John Ritter

They are going to have two According to Jim's this week and then next week it's gonna be the Charlie Brown Halloween show. Then on the 4th eight simple rules will be back.

Hopefully According To Jim will do good in its timeslot.

But..... Didn't ABC hype themselves up in various newspaper/magazine articles saying they would be re-airing reruns of the first season until the new episodes air? Didn't they promise us fans that? It seems like they just aired one episode and let go of their end of the bargain. I'm not a happy camper.... :confused:

Well I guess they thought that they would slip Charlie Brown in 8SR's slot, but they did say that they would re-air like the pilot or something. :rolleyes: I really wanted to see the pilot again because it hasn't been on in so long. Oh well.
