I heard the reviews on this is real bad... they're dropping each week in the ratings and FRIENDS, they are not!

Coupling will not air again on NBC until December. Date, day and time is unknown right now.

Well NBC said they are planning on developing the characters a little more. Also it will not be on thursday night because expectations are too high for a new sitcom on THursday nights.

I can't understand why this show got cancelled so quickly when there are other shows doing equally as bad. The only conclusion I can come up with, is it had to do with MONEY. I figure with all the hype, and the ratings mediocre that their budget could not handle any more episodes.

I just cannot believe that NBC would cancel this sexy comedy and keep that god awful "Happy Family" on the air!!

I think it was more the night it was on than the actual show. To be o Thursday, you have to be a big hit

It just proves how hard it is for NBC to develop a hit sitcom. What are they going to do next year when Friends and Frasier are gone?

In his (negative) review of Coupling from the 9/29/03 issue of Newsweek, Marc Peyser made the following prediction:

"'Coupling' will bomb. NBC will try life support, then perform mercy killing."

Wow, did he call that or what?

(No, I never saw it, so I don't know how good or bad it was.)

I know it was a repeat...but last night on E! Howard Stern show Rena was the guest. Howard asked her in the show was going to be cancelled because they were not showing it during November sweeps. It was funny cause she emphatically said...."We definitely will not be cancelled...and the network has full faith in the show"....or something like that. I guess she was really out of the loop.
