At the end of the episode where Fred thinks he's jewish, he is reading the newspaper and he says "Jimmy Carter thinks inflation is going up ..............". What is the last part of this line? I have never figured it out.

I haven't seen that one for some time, but it seems as though he said "Oy Vey", which I think is a Yiddish phrase meaning something like "My goodness" or some similar emotion.
