Thanks, I didn't think it was.

It's pretty cool on the inside. There are murals on the walls. There is a restaurant in there too. I've never been through the whole thing though.

Theres a resturant, stores, murals and a closed ride in it. a piece of cardboard woundn't hold that.

It's not true.
Here is a little known fact, they built it using forced perspective, so the castle appears larger than it actually is.

By the way, Space Mountain is the one made of cardboard.

Oooh...GO...GO!!! I've never been to Disney Land, either, but Disney WORLD...no place like it!

I always stay at the Port Orleans. That's the best hotel I've ever been to. I LOVE the whole Southern theme. It's fantastic! Where do you guys stay?

Hey, Anahiem!

The next time I go, we're probably going to rent out a condo from my mom's cousin, but there NOTHING like staying on the Disney property. The hotels aren't just nice; they're THEMED!!! When I'm in Disney, the hotel is my favorite part!

Port Orleans Riverside ROCKS!!! :drummer:

Eww I hate Disneyworld and Florida, I think I'll stick with California and Disneyland. Downtown Disney is 20 minutes from the actual Disneyworld Park and the Disney All-Star hotels are run-down and about 30-40 minutes from the parks, at Disneyland it's all walking distance. I love Disneyland, I've been going since I was a little baby and I still find it fun. And I HATE the weather in Florida, it's nasty. I could actually feel the sweaty moisture-like air. One minute it would be sunny, sweaty, and filthy and the next minute it would be stormy, rainy/floods, and filthy. I was at the restauraunt in the All Star maint lobby area and I looked out the window (when I first came in it was sunny) and then I looked out the window and they were evacuating the pool and things were flying everywhere. Hurricane weather. And they have strange animals in Florida, I saw an armadillo for the first time in my life run by the hotel area. But yeah, to make a long story short I'll stick with Disneyland!

Because of my work I was fortunate enough this summer to take my daughter to both Disneyworld AND Disneyland. We probably won't ever get there again and if we do it will be a long time from now.

I enjoyed both parks for different reason but give me Disneyworld any day. Contrary to the post above me who said the All Star Resorts were run down I did not think so at all. We stayed in All Star Music Resort and we got what we paid for. A room with 2 beds, a TV, a bathroom. I didn't go to Disneyworld to spend my time in a nice room! We went to all of the parks and my 8 year old had the time of her life. It was very VERY miserably hot adn the drinks were really expensive so that was hard but other than that I had such a wonderful time and was so happy my work offered me the opportunity to go.

Disneyland was so much smaller I and more compact. it was better in the fact that we didnt' stand in line for more than 10 minutes for ANY ride where in Florida we stood in line for over 1:30 at some points. Space Moutain is closed in Disneyland right now so we were disappointed on that. The castle is 100 times smaller than the Disneyworld castle. I didn't think things were as expensive either.

Sadly enough 3 packs of my Disneyland pictures were in my car which is now burnt :( Can't replace those. :(
