I haven't noticed anything on the message boards about this discussion, so I apologize if it already came up. I was wondering if anyone else has pre purchased this book. I have been asking for a refund, but haven't received one. My recent emails to Judith have resolved in her telling me she is away until Oct 27. I replied that if she has access to the internet, then she can very well send me a refund through paypal, which is how I paid. I am tired of being told the book is going to come out soon, or she'll be away until this date. Is there anyone else who is in the same situation and would like to get together to get our money back? I very much wanted this book, but have to think twice now if I am being told I can get a refund, but feel like I am getting tossed around. Thank you very much for your time. DD

Me too! :( I was waiting for it to come out in stores, but I am getting tired of waiting as well. I have also noticed that her website for the book hasn't been updated for quite some time. I hate to say it, but I'm starting to think this is some kind of scam.

It's nice to hear from someone else who thinks the same. I already paid the book by Paypal, did you do the same? I have a feeling I got screwed. Also, I couldn't even find the link for the book anymore on the website. Oh well, I'll try to do something. Unfortunetly, for her, I don't let these things just go. DD

No, I didn't pay through PayPal. I was going to buy it when it came out at the bookstore.

Trust me, you are not getting scammed. I can tell you that Judith is a great person to deal with. Books do take time to be published. I've been in contact with her before, and she is wonderful.

I can assure you that you are not being scammed. I am sure there is a reason why you haven't heard from Judith. I know that she can definitely be trusted. When I had been taken advantage of in the past by someone who had said that they werer going to make copies of the show for me, she took her own time and money to make sure that I got what I had paid for. Books do take a while to come out, especially with all the changes and most at the last minute. Judy is also really good at responding to emails. So I can only think that there is some kind of issue as to why she hasn't responded. I am sure you will hear from her soon whether it be on the site or a personal email. Thanks for your continued patience. Take care all! Krystal

Candace, Krystal thanks for the defense. There has indeed been a reason no one has heard from me. I've been in Los Angeles on business for close to a month with no access to my e-mail and for reference, the refund was issued by my assistant this morning.

To address your issue of being scammed: the book is being printed as I type this message. It's scheduled to be at a convention with Erin Gray next month and available on Barnes and Noble and Amazon by the first of January. I pulled it from the website because I had to change a few items in the manuscript again and was tired of being questioned continuously. If anyone wants it that hasn't already ordered it from me please wait until it's in the stores as I don't want anyone else having to wait on me to send it to them.

Have a good weekend...

I know this may contradict the email I sent to Judith, but I didn't see these posts until after the email was sent. I am not questioning if she is a nice person or not, because she has been in past emails. I just wasn't happy being told the book was going to come out in the spring and it hasn't yet. I paid for the book already and you can imagine what I thought when I felt like I wasn't going to get a refund and the web site disappeared. I want to mention she did reply to all of my emails, but, unfortunely, I am big on customer service and felt like I should of gotten an email first explaining the delay. I also want to confirm that I did receive my refund. I apologize for my harshness in the emails to Judith and want to note to her, when I said I won't buy the book, it meant I didn't want you to know I was still going to. But I'm sure you already knew that!

Hi Judith!

Any time, you are wonderful to deal with! I hope all is well. I'll send you over an email one of these days. Have a great week.
