That was sort of an unexpected addition.Spike is finally airing a sitcom.Good.Actually last night I was thinking "Cheers is only on 2 times a night when Full House gets four and The Cosby Show gets like a million. That's no fair!".I'm actually glad to see it there but I plan on watching "Ned & Stacy" at 7:30 PM.

That's great news! Frankly, I'm sick of the late night slots, so I can finally watch the show in a nice, cushy afternon slot. I just hope it adds a few more sitcoms to it's line-up over the next couple of months.

Thats Pretty cool. I Hope they add more Sitcoms In Time, Coach would be a great addition as it fits the Men thing and isnt on Nick At Nite anymore.

That's cool. I hope they pick up other sitcoms too, like Wings and NewsRadio.

Wow. That's totally unexpected.

Hopefully Coach and/or Wings follows. God knows they could afford to lose some Real TV airings.

Since we're talking about Spike TV here, I would think that a natural addition to their all-macho lineup would be "Home Improvement". I can't see how they can avoid it. It fits their format perfectly!

Here in Canada, we have a digital cable channel that is very similar to SPIKE called MenTV which offers the same type of programming, and yes, "Cheers" is included. Here's their schedule:

that's great, now I can watch it on N@N at 1:30, then turn to SPIKE TV and watch 2 more episode! That's great, since I'm a "night owl" and I don't work, so I don't have to get up early!:D :D :happyface :happyface   :talk: :talk:

This great news. I totally didn't expect Spike to start airing Cheers. I thought that maybe Spike would get Wings and Coach. But maybe if Spike has success with Cheers, they might add Wings and Coach. A 3 hour sitcom block with these shows would definately get better ratings than reruns of Real TV and Blind Date.
