Audra Lindley died at the age of 79 on October 16th, 1997 due to complications from leukemia.

Normally I don't remember dates, but when I saw the Suzanne Somers birthday thread I remembered it, since Audra died on Suzanne's birthday.

Audra was truly a talented woman...I've enjoyed her work in the few things I've seen her in. She appeared on a large variety of programs...From These Roots (1958-1961)...Another World (1964-1969)...Bridget Loves Bernie (1972-1973)...of course, Three's Company (1977-1979)...and The Ropers (1979-1980). I loved her as Mrs. Roper. At the end of Chris Mann's Come and Knock On Our Door, there is great tribute to her.
