well jeff nbc entertainment pres. zuker has decied to pull all the new must see ep. tonight because he is affrad to compete with base ball so i guess we wont see new eps. till next week i thought the idea was to counterprogram and must see tv has always been a good alterintav to sporting events i gus guess mr. zucker toesent understand but not everybody wants to watch baseball it should be noted that the other networks are going with ther orgnal programs so i dont want to hear him whineng when nbc comes in 4th place tomrrow

NBC is a bunch of cowards. I tuned into Law And Order last night expecting to see an original show and it was a repeat too. They never advertized it as such.

i know i tuned in to west wing as i always do on wed. insted we get crimnal intent at frist i liked jeff zucker and thought he had some good ideas for leading nbc into the next century but now im thinking the sooner hes out of there the better my 2 cats could do a better job then hes doing you all know when i come to the bords i try not to bash people too hard but enough is enough too bad they dont haverecalls like they did in ca. for networks and ther management i bet even fred silverman looks good to the upper management of nbc

I agree with Mr. Roper. NBC really wimped out. Rather than face a possible defeat in the ratings, they decided to sit it out.
Now they know how the other networks feel on Thursday night.

Still, there will be a limited number of original "Friends" episodes this season (16 I think as apposed to the tradtional 22) so it would be to thier best interest not to waste them.

It's a shame the Cubs didn't make it to the big dance. The NLCS posted some big ratings, thanks mostly to the Cubs fans.

How are they going to keep the finale a secret for 5 months??? That's gonna be hard. I really wish they would've done a full 22 episode season, but oh well.
