"Webster" was a sorry excuse for a TV sitcom. The producers of that show basically copied the same theme as DS- with a black kid being adopted into a white family. Webster didn't have the same charm as Arnold. In any type of competition, Arnold would beat Webster anyday (nothing personal against Emmanuel Lewis, the kid who played as Webster).

I go with Arnold, No contest. Webster was a wuss. Arnold was bigger and cooler. He had Willis as a good role model and I think Mr. Drummond was pretty cool in his own right.
