I think she might have bought it used,And in one episode i dont know which one i heard her say she had 2 part time jobs when she went to eastland half of the money for school the other half for Oil,gas,Ect...I hope that helps.I was thinking almost the same thing a few nights ago Weird.

I understand how she could probably afford it when she was going to eastland with her jobs but she bought the bike befor she went there and I don't think she has a job in the bronx.Hmm...I don't know.

Good point. When I was a poor student and I had a bike, the bike wasn't the actual cost. I never rode it too much, so gas wasn't too much. It was the insurance that nailed me. Something like $200 a quarter. A hefty chunk of change back in the days when minimum wage was only $4.25.... Oh, and the license plate fees were like $50 a year or something.

Never thought of that before.

I think in one of the episodes this week the one where the lady was interviewing them for the book or whatever.When she was talking to Jo Jo said she had two part time jobs.I hope that will help a little http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
