What's up FOL fans!!!

I am just curious to know whether or not anyone knows if FOL is well-known, or even shown at all overseas. I know that some of our U.S. shows such as Cosby and 3's Company are faily well-known overseas so I was just curious to know if FOL ranks up there as well.

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to this, but now that you've brought it up, I too would like to know. I have met a few international visitors in the U.S. who mentioned some of the U.S. shows that they've seen in their countries, but none of them seem familiar with FOL.

Hey I'm familiar and I'm from Argentina. I know it was shown during the 80' and it was being show again 2 years ago. I don't know about other places though.

In Latin America, FOL aired on the Warner Brothers channel. They showed them in English with Portuguese subtitles - they aired them with very few commercials and I'm pretty sure they were uncut. Only seasons 5-9 were shown though I think.

Where are all these foreign icons coming from? I need new smilies!

All seasons were shown, except for the first one (at least I didn't see it). But it wasn't until season 5 that they started showing them in English. And yes, they were uncut. They even showed the controversial episodes.

Well I'm from Puerto Rico, I'm 27 years old and remember watching most FOL episodes but the show it's not really well known here. Cosby is, ALF, and Diff'rent Strokes are.. most people knew who "Arnold" was back in the 80's here. You had to have cable TV here to watch those other TV shows.. DS, ALF and Cosby were seen here in spanish, but if the show wasn't THAT popular or the show wasn't available in spanish it wouldn't be seen.
I know we got cable I can't remeber how old I was so I can't remember if I saw FOL in english or spanish, I do know I watched the show as a teen!
