Do you want the writers to write Nancy's pregnancy into show?

I'm not so sure on that one,considering the fact that she
is pregnant,Will that be the end of Jinny for a while?,I just
wonder if they'll decide to replace Nancy with someone else
until she has her baby,Then again I could be wrong.

I want them to write the baby into the story. Maybe she got pregnant her last night with Jack, or something.;)

As far as them replacing Nancy, I don't see it. The are surely not THAT stupid.

I don't want them to. It would completely change Jinny, and probably put her back over the edge. Of course, if the ratings start dropping, they are more than welcome to write the baby in.

Hmmm, that's a tough one. I really don't want her to leave either but whatever they decide to do, we'll just have to deal with it I guess. It would be a good thing for the baby if she does take time off, and I'm with her 100% on that if she decides to do so. As far as writing a baby on the show, that would be ok with me.

there's no way lifetime would replace nancy, even if it was for a couple of months. that's just...too stupid.

when i first heard about the pregnancy, i was really worried she might leave the show (who would blame her? it's her first kid). i really do hope she does not leave, but if she does, i'll understand. it would be really cool if the writers wrote the pregnancy in (and bring jack back in). the baby would be a reminder to jin not to mess up, and then they'll have her screw up in some way or another, and some drama'll happen with the baby. i'm also cool with them not writing her pregnancy into the show. they did it with lisa, and i'm sure they can do it with nancy.

Hmm...I actually like that idea...at first I didn't really want them to write the pregnancy into the show, but if they did something like that ^...I'd love it.

They won't replace Nancy. Did they replace Lisa? No.

I think they could go either way with Nancy. For Lisa they just hide it since I guess it wasn't a good time for her to have another kid on the show. Like for Jinny they could have her get pregnet since it was her last day with Jack and then have Jack come back or they could always just cover it up!

They cant replace her because she's pregnant. She could quit, but they cant fire her. Its against the law.

I was watching TD like everyone else yesterday and if you look at the very beginning you could totally tell Lisa was pregnant

I think that them writing Nancy's pregnancy into the story line will add new depth to the show and Jinny's character. Now that she is off drugs and not drinking... she has to worry about the consecquences of her drug and alcohol use on an unborn, first trimester, fetus and the birth defects the baby could have. Hmmm... an excuse to dis the baby idea if it doesn't work out the way they planned...


But then I'm the emotion freak too and I liked it when Jinny was drinking first season (don't read that Jeanie). She was an emotional roller coaster... She should have been a red-head. hehe JMO... and we all know what tbat's worth.

Actually on the TV guide Channel interview Nancy said that they talked about many scenarios and right now I think they still making up their mind, cause I am already 6 months and so we are still hiding it the best we can. The 4th season of the Division according to them says it starts Jan. 11th She is due early next year.

I hope it is true. I'd love to see a pregnant Jinny. And, I think that it'll add a whole new depth to the character.

But, they had better NOT take CD off the show!!!!

I think they should write it in, and then something should happen where she has to leave the show once she has the baby. So she can spend some time with it. They can either replace her....TEMPORARILY or leave her spot open, which I prefer! It will be up to her whether or not to come back. If I was her, I wouldn't. Simply because her ENTIRE life she has been on TV, and hasn't had much of a normal life. So maybe she should take a few years off or so, and do the Suzie Homemaker role and then maybe make a guest appearance later on down the road. So this way, she can be with her baby and husband. Which brings me to another issue. I believe she only married him because she's already mid 30's and wanted to have a kid, and has yet to find Mr. Right so she had to get the ball rolling, and that was all she could find. I would understand that, but I hope she didn't marry him just for the sake of having kids, cuz it might wind up in a divorce, which won't be good for her or the kid. So to avoid all that, she should have just adopted a kid. I've read about the guy being a jerk, and leaving her in the past for believing something he read about her in the TABLOIDS! Please, like you can believe that crap!! OR, she could just be living happily ever after, and all I thought and all my ramblings were wrong! :crazy: I'm crazy, is all I know! :)

We already have enough of the awful little bastards running around, yelling and screaming and s.h.i.t.ting all over the place. We don't need anymore. Nancy is too good for children and now the show is going to be ruined because she will be too busy worried about that goddamn little brat.

After all I said about being happy for Nancy being pregnant and all, I think that if they write it into the show, it'll ruin it. JMO, but I liked the drunk Jinny better than the sober one, so I guess that disqualifies me.

Jinny with a child makes for some potentially very funny conv. with either Mag or some heart warming ones with the Capt, haha but clearly with a child, she is going to need Teddy to come back and help her...Jeanie, do you second that notion?;)

i think it would be great for them to write the baby in. i mean come on.. jinny with a baby?!? that cant help but make for some crazy situations. gonna be interesting for sure!!

If it is written in, I forsee Jinny's tough side subsiding and she'll become the biggest softy and mushy type mom that we all know she is! lol How awesome it would be for her to have a baby both in real life and on the show. And if they use her real child on the show, we'll get to see how she is with it in real life, as well as on the show. And how great of an experience that would be for her. She could work, AND be a full-time mom. That would be awesome, don't ya think?

I feel the same way. I'm not gonna lean torwards wishing for either or. I'm sure what ever the writers decide will work out great.

i wonder if she is still filming the show at this stage, or if she is on leave. i hope that she will not be absent from many of the episodes... if any! :eek:
