They probably just did it because ABC was bought by Disney around that time and they had to promote the parent company. It was nice, but not the greatest Vegas Girl 10-10-2003, 08:05 PM That Disney World episode is so unrealistic. They get there in the morning and the family splits up. Michelle rubs the genie's lamp and is declared princess for the day . Becky wants to have a romantic lunch with Jesse and is disappointed to learn his band has a rehearsal. Joey goes to the Animation building at MGM. Danny and Vicky are at EPCOT. Becky and the twins are waiting for Jesse at Magic Kingdom. He brings the boys Mickey ears. Becky asks what took him so long and he said the rehearsal ran late . He promised to meet her for a picnic lunch after their radio show. Do you see where I'm going with this? Keep reading. After at least ten rides on the carousel, Michelle wanders off and gets lost. Jesse and Joey are doing their radio show under water and are afraid to come out because of a shark. Michelle is off by herself for a while. Snow White finds Michelle and has a tea party for her, at which time she is reunited with her father and sisters. Becky gets tired of waiting for Jesse and leaves. Jesse finally arrives at the picnic site and Becky is gone. He goes into the hotel and sees her going upstairs, furious. He plays her a song on the piano and all is well. Then the whole family is at MGM for the Indiana Jones show. Then they're back at Magic Kingdom for more rides. Back at the hotel, Stephanie is complaining to Joey that she should have been the princess. Michelle and Snow White come along and say that the whole family is going to be in the 3:00 parade. The family has to get into costumes for the 3:00 parade. Those writers are so stupid!! All that stuff would have taken at least one full day!! We're supposed to believe that all that occurred before 3:00 on the same day??? Jesse's rehearsal would have been a couple hours. His radio show and time under water would have been at least a few hours. All that back and forth between theme parks takes time. And this all occurred before 3:00 on ONE day??? Right!! Brent88 10-10-2003, 08:17 PM Roseanne and Family Matters both went to Disney World around the same time too... Vegas Girl 10-10-2003, 08:33 PM Step by Step went there a couple years later too. It's unbelievable that the Full House writers think all that could be accomplished in five hours! musicradio77 10-10-2003, 09:15 PM Originally posted by Vegas Girl That Disney World episode is so unrealistic. Right!! Thanks for the plot, Vegas Girl! If I enjoyed watching last night's episode, I prefered the following films I have: 1. "The Magic of Walt Disney World (1972)" 2. "The Mouseketeers at Walt Disney World (1977)" 3. "Follow Us... to Walt Disney World (1985)" 4. "Destination: Walt Disney World (1999)" taped from UPN9. 5. "Walt Disney World's Summer Jam Concert (1999)" 6. "Walt Disney World's Millennium Celebration (2000)" taped from UPN9. By the way, here's are two pictures from the two books made by the Olsen Twins. http://members.fortunecity.com/tthpbooks/Books/Disney/b_disney.jpg http://members.fortunecity.com/tthpbooks/Books/Disney/disadv00.jpg HuntingtonM15 10-10-2003, 09:24 PM Originally posted by BrooklynGuy78 I'm watching "Full House" where the Tanner's planned a visit to Disney World. I love it! Yeah, that almost answers my question. passionsfan79 10-11-2003, 12:59 AM boy meets world and family matters was also at disney world David 10-11-2003, 10:00 AM Originally posted by HuntingtonM15 Yeah, that almost answers my question. lol. Yeah, sometimes your (BrooklynGuy) posts are either a little confusing or a little random. flutterby01 10-12-2003, 03:39 PM The Disney World episode was my favorite FH episode when I was a kid! I watched it the night it first aired, and loved it. Watching it now, I realize how unrealistic that episode really is! But regardless, I still enjoy watching that episode! dawsongirl 10-14-2003, 03:15 AM Originally posted by Brent88 Roseanne and Family Matters both went to Disney World around the same time too... Yep...ABC probably forced them to go. CarJackSnyder 10-14-2003, 10:46 AM i loved the episode!!! kuna781x 10-17-2003, 12:55 PM I thought the Disney episode was pretty good. It may not have been the funniest episode, but it was very significant because this is the episode when Danny proposes to Vicky. musicradio77 10-17-2003, 06:48 PM As I was watching the episode that I saw, I've been to Disney world almost 10 years ago. That's the one I kept remembering my thoughts. musicradio77 12-14-2003, 10:20 PM According to the ABC Family schedule, The 2-part Disney World episode will be airing tomorrow. Brent88 12-14-2003, 10:22 PM Originally posted by BrooklynGuy78 According to the ABC Family schedule, The 2-part Disney World episode will be airing tomorrow. Yes. 6-7pm ET. Repeats on Tuesday and Wednesday at Noon. Vegas Girl 12-15-2003, 07:42 AM Good. Pay attention to all the different things Jesse did and back and forth between theme parks in supposedly HALF A DAY! It is preposterous that we're supposed to believe this all could have happened! musicradio77 12-15-2003, 10:06 PM I've seen it again on ABC Family earlier tonight. Here are 2 pictures of the Magic Kingdom and Cinderella's Castle that it was seen on "Full House". http://www.pbase.com/image/21837979/medium.jpg http://www.pbase.com/image/19148551/medium.jpg james_baby87 12-16-2003, 05:54 PM I loved the episode the one bad thing is that it makes me wanna go back to Disney World. but I do agree it is unrealistic. all of that couldnt have happened in that short of time. auhow 12-16-2003, 06:20 PM all of you people that are saying this episode is unrealistic is suposed to be unrealistic does the word sitcom ring any bells another episode that seems unrealistic is when stephie and michelle accdently flew to new zealand the unrealistic part of the episode is that happen in one day because 14 hours to new zeland and 14 hours back makes 28 hours show that could'nt have happen in 1 day yet i don't see you complaing about that episode so some of the episode are unrealistic is because they're supposed to be unrealistic because is a sitcom now I step now from my soapbox Vegas Girl 12-16-2003, 06:44 PM Who said flying to New Zealand and back was done in one day? Of course, we are to assume they came back the NEXT day. We know it wasn't the same day. In the Disney Episode, they showed Jesse doing all that stuff in ONE day before the 3:00 parade! Now go finish your English homework. Brent88 12-16-2003, 07:08 PM Danny was wearing different clothes when he picked up Stephanie and Michelle at the airport after New Zealand... it defintely was the next day. tiff7 12-17-2003, 12:28 PM Disney World is my favorite place in the whole world, & I agree w/BikerChick/Jo Fan about wanting 2 go back, but I thought I should let y'all know of something: WDW has something called the park hopper ticket where you can go from 1 park 2 the other in the same day. (ex: Magic Kingdom in the a.m. & Epcot in the p.m. or vice versa) That's probably how they taped everything in 2 days. SBS, Full House & Family Matters have gr8 WDW episodes. Can some1 post pics from these episodes? Tiff7 P.S. Happy Holidays! I LUV WDW!!!!!! :) ~Tropical Punch 19~ 12-17-2003, 05:57 PM I can see a lot of unrealistic qualities in the episode, but maybe this is how the writers were thinking... The family flew to Disney the day before and get their hotel rooms. (Not shown just assumed) The next day they get up bright and early to enjoy disney. In the early morning part Michelle becomes princess for the day. She asks for one of her wishes to be able to cut lines for all the rides. This is probably how they got to do so many rides before three. Michelle must not have been lost for very long...they just dragged it out. But then it is unrealistic.... How Jesse and Rebecca never saw each other. They made it seem she waited longer than like lets say 5 hours. How Steve could have missed DJ that quickly. He said he saw her at all those places, could he really have done that in one night? Jesse's band playing the first full day they were there. And some other things too. I was wondering do you think the Tanner's stayed in Disney for a week and just showed one day of their trip, or were they only there for one day? I am not talking about the cast; just the Tanners. I know it is a fake family, I was just wondering lol. David 12-17-2003, 06:11 PM Originally posted by BrooklynGuy78 I've seen it again on ABC Family earlier tonight. That would be kinda boring. The thing wrong with this ep was that it had too many things going on at the same time. The Step By Step Disney episode was more focused. bubblegum 12-21-2003, 01:35 PM Originally posted by auhow all of you people that are saying this episode is unrealistic is suposed to be unrealistic does the word sitcom ring any bells another episode that seems unrealistic is when stephie and michelle accdently flew to new zealand the unrealistic part of the episode is that happen in one day because 14 hours to new zeland and 14 hours back makes 28 hours show that could'nt have happen in 1 day yet i don't see you complaing about that episode so some of the episode are unrealistic is because they're supposed to be unrealistic because is a sitcom now I step now from my soapbox I flew to US from Australia and it took me 44 hours!
