hey!
I like discussing episodes!
And there hasn't been much episode-discussing going on lately, so I'll start.

Ok, recent episodes.

I know "It May Have Happened One Night" was on a few nights ago. I like that episode. But let me tell you, I don't like Alex. lol.. The first time around seeing the series, I liked Alex. This time I don't like her! lol. weird.
But I still like this episode. and the chemistry between Joe and Alex is interesting in this one. I like that whole last scene.
But don't you just wanna haul off and smack Alex at the end when she kissed Joe, becase the only reason she kissed him was so that she could be the one in control again. lol :barf:
one really funny part of this eisode was sort of near the beginning when Antonio, Fay, and Brian were all sitting at the lunch counter, and Helen was behind it talking to them, and in regards to the whole alex/Joe thing, Helen says, "I bet they did it." and Fay says, "Did what??!" and Antonio, with that deadpan look on his face says, "The Wild Thing." lol! I love the way he says that. and then Brian says, "No, this is Joe we're talking abut here. With him, it's just 'The Thing'." lol!
And that whole thing with the cricket in Roy's office was pretty funny. I just saw an episode of "Frasier" where there was a cricket in his kitchen, and Frasier was flipping out about it. ...Didn't Wings and Frasier have the same writers? They must have a thing for crickets. haha.
That reminds me of this summer at work. My last week there full-time, there was a cricket in the office somewhere, and people were flipping out trying to find it! I cant understand what's so annoying about a cricket! I loved listening to it! I love it in the summer when the crickets are out- I love opening my window at night so I can listen to them chirping while I go to sleep. I don't know why people think they're so annoying. hehe

and then "Exit Laughing" was the one that was on last night, right? That's the one I watched anyway. lol
That's a really funny one.
my favorite part was at the beginning when Antonio complains about his neighbor's leaf blower, and Lowell goes, "Does it sound like this- VEEEEEEEEHHHHH, or more like this- VReVREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!" HAHAHAHA That makes me laugh soooo hard. lol I love that. hahaha.
and I liked this-
Joe: "She's only saying that to annoy me."
Brian: "Why else would anyone talk to you?"
hahahaha!
and this-
Helen: "How do you tell someone that they're perfect in every way, but when they laugh it's like a cold steel shaft being driven through my head?!"
LOL!

I haven't had a chance to watch the episodes that I've been taping the past couple of nights, but I love It Could Have happened One Night, although it's not a huge favorite of mine. The cricket part was my favorite.

Tonight's episode (or tomorrow morning's episode, I should say) Is What the Cabbie Saw. This one is definitely a classic :lol: I think it's one of Antonio's best episodes.

I had forgotten how funny "What The Cabbie Saw" was! I watched that episode last night.
The part that still makes me laugh the most is this:
Fay: "Sandpiper Air regrets to announce a delay in Flight 19 to Boston, due to a hole in the wing."
Joe: "For God's sakes, Fay, a hole in the wing??!"
Fay: "It's just a small hole."

and there were other really funny parts, but for some reason, I can't remember them at the moment...

Antonio and Lowell definitely "steal" this episode!

I love Lowell's John Wayne-like "Commando" tactics: "I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL WE'RE WAITIN' FOR!" as he smashes the window with the shotgun.....and of COURSE Antonio's classic line, "TALK TO ME, PIZZA MAN!".

Also hilarious are Joe's reactions to his house slowly getting destroyed by Lowell and Antonio...windows broken, ceilings shot at, floors spat on, etc.

It's fun to listen to the studio audience during that scene in Joe's living room...it sounds like they're really having a good time, and laughing heartily! :lol:

I like “It Happened One Night” a lot too. I enjoyed seeing Alex and Joe together and I loved how it got Helen and Brian jealous in different ways…especially Brian.

It was also fun to see a different side of Joe and see him be a little more direct. I know some of the sexual innuendos can be too much for some people, but I loved seeing Joe being so bold. I laugh every time when I see this line.

Alex: OK Ace, I know when I’ve been licked.

Joe: Oh, so tonight is coming back to you. :D

And the episode when Antonio thinks the guy is coming after him is fun too. The entire scene at Joe’s house is classic. I like it when Lowell rips the gun off the wall and breaks the window and Joe reminds him that he could have just opened the window (lol)….but then this part always kills me:

Brain: Lowell, that gun is just an antique.

Lowell: It would have been nice to know that BEFORE I yelled out my name.

Both "It May Have Happened One Night", and "What the Cabbie Saw" are a couple of my fave eps. I think the cricket thing is one of the funniest parts of that ep, and "What the Cabbie Saw" is just totally funny throughout. They're great.

I love it when Thomas does those funky sound effects :).
My favorite has to be:
