Watching the show, I can't help but think he is too skinny...It worries me sometimes.

He is really skinny, but he was a cop and everything, so I'm assuming he's stronger than he looks. Maybe he has an overactive thyroid or something.

He passed the LAPD standards of health, which I know are very tough, so there can't be much wrong with him.

But I always felt he was too thin also!

Seems like eating all those doughnuts on duty would have put some meat on him! :)

He looked alright on the show, but I've seen pictures of him recently and he looks very skinny. Still a handsome guy but very thin. Maybe it's genetic.

I'm like Ken, naturally skinny. There is not much you can do about. He didn't look unhealthy to me.

He gained a little weight in the latter seasons of Leave It To Beaver but yeah he was still wimpy with a big mouth lol

He is thin but healthy looking! Lots of young guys were like that back than! My brother was really thin as a teenager , but ate a lot and was healthy too!

There's one scene where he comes to the Cleavers goes up to the bedroom and the jacket is hanging off of him and his pants are so baggy like he has no buttocks but that was his build. You never saw him eat anything like Larry and Lumpy. I wish I was skinny like Eddie I'd eat a hot fudge sundae every week.

Eddie does go for a sandwich enthusiastically, when Wally hosts a party. Unfortunately, it was one of the ones Beaver substituted a piece of rubber cheese in...! "Re-treads!"

I don't know if Ken Osmond qualifies as a "cutie pie" or "handsome hunk" -- descriptions used at this site for Randolph Mantooth and Kent McCord, respectively. But all three had a relatively slender build -- unlike Paul Michael Glaser, Robert Urich, or Guy Williams, for example.

I guess Ken is probably the slimmest of all -- and seemed to stay that way. By contrast, Michael Landon really bulked-up later on.
