"CBS 75th Anniversary TV Land Time Warp Saturday 1975"
Saturday, November 1, 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

On Saturday, November 1, TV Land goes back in time to one of the greatest line-ups in CBS history. TV Land presents "TV Land Time Warp: CBS Saturday 1975." All episodes that aired in 1975 will air. The line-up is:
8:00pm All in the Family: #114 "Archie the Hero"
Archie gets a rude shock when the tall, classy dame whose life he saved in a taxicab turns out to be a man.
8:30pm The Jeffersons: #1 "A Friend in Need"
The Jeffersons, inspired by characters created on All in the Family, have left Bunkerville for midtown New York and their own series. The Jeffersons new affluence is creating marital mayhem between Louise and George, especially when George insists Louise hire a maid to take care of their new Manhattan high-rise apartment. Not only does Louise reject the idea of having a maid, she's also upset by George's snobbish reasons for wanting one.
9:00pm The Mary Tyler Moore Show: #127 "Chuckles Bites the Dust"
Chuckles, dressed as a peanut, is "shelled" by an elephant at the circus. Mary is at first appalled by the insensitivity of her co-workers, who joke about the incident. She later finds humor in the situation, at Chuckles funeral.
9:30pm The Bob Newhart Show: #89 "Carol at 6:01"
Bob contends with a patient's fixation that her bingo game is fixed, staggers through a series of wild stag poker parties and watches in wonder as his secretary slowly smothers under an attack of love.
10:00pm Carol Burnett & Friends: TBA

Thanks, Pav! I used to have "Chuckles" but don't know where it is, so now I can recapture it! :D

That's great news, Pav! Is there any news on TMTMS returning to the lineup regularly?

No, at least not in November. I think it's only for this one special. Sort of how they used the John Ritter episode during his marathon. But it would be great if they reaquire the series.

I couldn't agree with you more. It would nice to see MTM back on TV Land at a decent time.

Did anyone tape this Time Warp?

I worked out of town that weekend and forgot it was on and I'd like to get a tape of it.

Thanks!

Nope, but I have "Chuckles Bites the Dust" uncut if you're interested. Let me know, I'm sure we can work something out.
