Well the rush of 70's fans has left us again...
So that means f4f must be open and running again. So it's back to the faithful members of SO to reclaim the board...

I've been going to F4F for years. I like it because it's very active board and unlike the main message board there's more "grown ups".lol.. I come here from time to time but there's never a lot of activity...
I post all over the place though..

I'm the same way, I post everywhere.

So Mariah has a remix cd coming out. I used to love Mariah Carey so much and then around the time that butterfly came out she started turing her songs into remixed hip hop crap. I no longer buy her stuff. I can listen to her first 4 cd's over and over though. Especially her first one and the MTV unplugged one. I love those two.

Right, like I said earlier, she had this song out and I think it was Butterfly or something and it was the first single that she put out with rap in it. She was never the same to me. Give me Vision of Love anyday.

yes well nobody can please everybody. Mariah still makes beautiful music that doesn't have rap inthem but of course you are blinded by the "hip-hop crap" so whatever. I love her. She is obviously doing something right. She's the #1 selling female artist of all time....

I wasn't exactly sure what song it was but it was about that time. And while she maybe the biggest seller or whatever there is no denying that she enjoyed a lot more success in her early days than she is at the moment. Her last CD was a huge disappointment and I'm not even gonna mention Glitter....oops.

I will always love her early stuff I just don't care for the new stuff. I think I'm entitled to my opinion.

mona you mentioned some stuff that is new without the hip hop flavor. Can you give me some songs. I would love to hear some new stuff that is done like the old stuff. Does that make sense? Anyway I have a program called Rhapsody that allows me to listen to just about any cd so if you give me some examples I'll give em a listen. :)

It's Forums4Fans and that's where most of the other people come from who crowd our board then leave when it reopens... It's really like using this site. There are the few faithful members here...:D But the others seem to disapear....
