I'm still in the process of videotaping each night's "Wings" episode, trying to get the entire series in chronological order.

Although there have been a few glitches here and there (NICK skipping a Christmas episode, pre-empting Part 1 of the two-part "Antonio Getting Deported" story, etc.), the episodes have been running pretty much in order, and I hope to fill in the gaps during the NEXT cycle (if there IS one).

This project is really turning into quite a rush...I've printed off Robert James Milano's "WINGS" episode guide, and I'm checking off the episodes as I get them on tape...and it's great to see the excellent episodes that I've already "captured" on video and can now enjoy any time that I want to.

I figure that even if NICK goes nuts and suddenly cancels "Wings", at least I'll have the truly classic "Golden Age" episodes on tape....but I'm really hoping to get the entire run....

WISH ME LUCK!

I'm trying to get all my favorites on tape too, so I'll at least have them.

Ever since the switch to 3:30, my "Wings" taping has turned into a total disaster!!! Arrgh.

Why is that? (I'm just curious).

Well, if you must know (you curious hunk-o-man, you)... I don't watch my tapes every day. So a few days went by before I noticed that my tapes no longer contained "Wings." (Real life was thrashing me about at the time, and I hadn't checked this board or the N@N schedule for awhile)

Then I changed the time on the VCR, but forgot to change the time on the cable box... so a few nights went by where I taped whatever channel my husband happened to leave the TV on.

Then I changed the cable box, but then we had a thunderstorm, which knocked out the power long enough to screw up my VCR timer, which I didn't notice for a day.
