Yeah, she looks ridiculous to me...not so much skanky. She is pretty much covered up, which I give her some credit for. I'm almost 16 and I, personally, wouldn't be seen in that....but then again...I'm the girl who wears jeans, t-shirts, and her converses.

She looks fine. I wore shorter shirts at her age.

The hair is pretty much the current style that many people are wearing right now. The make-up is heavy, but also stylish.

Sixties fashions are much of what we are seeing right now. Skirts were short, make-up was heavy, and hairstyles were often long and "messy."

And yes, young girls wore the styles. Twiggy was only 16-17 when she was the top "mod" model.

You need to look at the late 60s. Hippies and Beatles, etc. Lots and lots of miniskirts, makeup, and long, long hair.

IMO, the skirt isn't even that short. It's has a fair length. Oh, and she did the photoshoot for her CD cover, and booklet. I don't think those pictures made it in though. I'm not sure... I haven't seen her CD booklet.

...First of all Raven is an adult plus sexy is defined as alot more than a compliment of a body type, and secondly I'm not raising Hilary,but she is in the eye of the public and if I wanna critique her as a consumer...I will.

Exactly!! Shes being paid to wear that outfit.. its her job. Just like many of us have uniforms to wear at work.. dont like them, but you gotta wear them anyways. If she refused to do nothing and always had to have her way, she wouldnt have a job.

From my experience with people, I've found that when someone finds fault with another's appearance for no apparent or logical reason, it's usually based in jealousy.

Either they could never look as good as that person or they could never have that person or someone in that league interested in them.

Uh, I never said that in my post. My point was that when you voice an opinion, you nag and nag and nag so you could sway people to your side. If you just presented your opinion and left it, then this thread wouldn't be here. I never once said that Hilary was wonderful and shouldn't be "talked about in such a manner."
