Do any of you make the anime KiSS "paper dolls"?
If so, I think it would be cool to do a set of "Wings" KiSS dolls (anti-hentai, of course!).
I'd have fun dressing up the characters in different outfits and put them on different backgrounds.
Of course, somebody would have to be pretty artistic to draw the "Wings" people as
anime characters...

Let me tell you, KiSS has NOTHING to do with the band.
It's an acronym (Kisekae Set System, "Kisekae" is Japanese for "Paperdoll") for a program that allows you to drag and drop clothes on a character like you would with traditional paper dolls.
I downloaded the FrenchKiSS program and some Sailor Moon files yesterday.
It's hard to find any really good KiSS programs outside of OtakuWorld.com
where you have to do a credit sign up to download anything :(
If you really want to see what it's all about, go to http://www.otakuworld.com/kiss/

holy crap, you just gave me an idea.
Whenever I'm done with school and actually have time to do things, I want to draw cartoon versions of the Wings cast.. oooooooooo. (not anime characters. just regular cartoon characters). I've drawn people I know as cartoons before...
hey that could be fun!

Back in the 1950's, 60's and even 70's, it was very common to publish comic book adventures of popular live-action TV shows ( sitcoms, westerns, adventure shows, etc.), and I think that the characters of "Wings" really could have worked in comic book form.

They did it with Urkel in the early '90s.
I was always wondering why Lowell didn't get the same coloring book, cereal
and board game deal, because he was the goofy sidekick character like Urkel.

I used to have the Urkel coloring book. It was rather... odd. He was striking the stiff "pelvis up, knees bent"
pose on all the pages, just in different settings, usually with Carl, Eddie or Laura.

BTW, I do draw Thomas Haden Church in anime form pretty well, I need to drag out my scanner
and upload some files to show you all.
Unfortunately, I don't have the resources to make a KiSS file with "Dress-Up Lowell" (It's easy to make on Windows, but it's a no-go on an older Mac, mine being 7.6.1. If I had the OS X or higher, I COULD make one).

Helen: "Look Joe, I have a hat!"
Joe: "...that's pretty!"
  it's just sooo funny how they're both soooo drunk, and ther way they're talking- slurring all their words together. and Joe has the funniest look on his face at that part.
I love that whole scene. The two of them make me laugh sooo hard.

yeah, i went to his site to see if that screencap was up there. hehe.

I did watch that episode last night, since the episode that was supposed to be on at 3:30 AM, i already watched the night before, because of the night that I forgot an episode was on that I don't have on tape. lol. so i was ahead.
So I watched that episode- "Olive Or Twist". I mean, overall, it's a boring episode. But Joe and Helen drunk off of martinis is so funny. You know, Helen going on and on bout travelling on an elephant, and then Joe telling Brian that he should have taken his advice and bought a hat. haha and Brian's like, "a hat?!" and Joe's like, "yeah, a hat. a hat. you know with a deck of the master and a little tool shed for stacey." and Helen puts the martini glass on her head and says, "look Joe, I have a hat." and he looks and says, "that's pretty!" hahahaha. and then after Brian says something, Joe says, "we're gonna take a little nap behind the bar. we'll see you later back at the hat." and they both just fall on the floor. hahaha
