In the first season, Mr.Bradley always gives Mrs.Garrett a book to give to the girls. Like in "The Facts of Love" he doesn't want her to teach the girls in the class, so he hands her a book. In "Adoption", he hands her a copy of "Creative Adoption" (or something like that) and wants Nat to read it.
