Another great outing for 8 Simple Rules...
Fast Nationals:
It came in #1 again for the timeslot AND the night at a 10.0/16 (last week it was also #1 at 11.3/19). Navy NCIS was second in the 8pm HALF HOUR with a 7.6/12 (8.2-13 from 8-9pm). Whoopi/Happy Family and the beginning of FOX's MLB playoff coverage was well behind.
CBS was #1 for the night with an 8.5 rating/13 share for the evening, beating out ABC's competitive 7.7/12. NBC and FOX both posted a 7.2/11, though FOX held a slim lead in total viewers. The WB averaged a 2.9/5 for the evening, beating UPN's 2.5/4.
8 Simple Rules was also #1 for the timeslot AND night among viewers 18-49 with a 6.1 (last week it was also #1 at 7.0/21).
Among adults 18-49, though, ABC moved in front with a 4.9 rating among the key demographic. NBC took second with a 4.1 and FOX was third at 3.9. CBS was fourth with a 2.7 rating and UPN's 1.6 edged the 1.5 for The WB.
Next week should be even higher, as we know what it is :(
