"Saturday Night Fever" soundtrack was the best album ever. What about the one you didn't add on the list is Marvin Gaye's "Live at the London Palladium" and Stevie Wonder's "Songs In the Key of Life"?

when I do one for 1976, Stevie's album will be on there. I don't count live albums (not I put Kiss' Love Gun instead of Alive II) even tho some of them were great.

I have to go with Saturday Night Fever. I hated Disco at the time but now I just love that soundtrack! And The BeeGees!:D

ack, I did forget The Stranger. News Of The World isn't one of my favorite Queen albums, so I usually overlook that one

I voted for the Bee Gees on your poll, but the best album of 1977 for me was Olivia Newton-John's Making A Good Thing Better :)

Rumours. I love every song on that album. It has a pretty cool cover too.

I voted for Rumours because it was there, but I think the best
album of 1977 was Hotel California-The Eagles.

HC came out in 1976, the very end of it, but 1976. I am very picky when it comes to years. I noticed when I did 1991, a lot of people were asking titles from 1990 and 1992, and the reason they weren't there was because they didn't come out in 1991

I would have to vote for the soundtrack to Saturday Night Fever. Though I don't care much for disco overall I love that movie and the Bee Gees are terrific. Night Fever, Stayin' Alive, More Than a Woman, How Deep Is Your Love...all on one album!:dog:

When all my dime dancing is through, I run to Steely Dan's Aja, some of the best jazz rock ever recorded! :)

Steely Dan's Aja album is my favorite from that yr. Earth Wind & Fire's All N All album came out in 77 with the hits Serpentine Fire, Fantasy, A Love's Holiday, I'll Write A Song For U, Be Ever Wonderful. The Dramatics Shake It Well album was out that yr & that's a good album. Rufus & Chaka Khan's Ask Rufus cd was out that yr with the hits Everlasting Love & Hollywood. The Isley Brothers Go For Your Guns album was out that yr which is a classic. The hit songs Footsteps In The Dark & Voyage To Atlantis are on there. The Ojays Travelin At The Speed Of Thought album came out in 77 which is good & Teddy Pendergrass self titled album was out that yr which was his first solo album.

My bad i meant album. There was a poster of that Rufus album cover that came with the album. It's on my wall now. Commodores self titled album came out in 77 too that had the hits Brick House, Zoom, Easy. There was a Commodores poster that came with that album also & there was a Earth Wind & Fire poster that came with their All N All album. I had those posters when i was a kid.
