I watched it and recorded it. They were best friends I believe, and if I were Mr. Winkler, I would definitely still be upset...I mean, think about it, I didn't even ever meet John in person, and I'm still upset :(

I really liked it tonight though - I still can't believe he's not here...I'll definitely be watching for the rest of the week and recording, and don't forget 8SR tomorrow night!

and why wouldnt he still look upset--i would be too if my best friend of over 20 years had suddenly died. it would take a long time i think not to forget that John was just a phone call away, and still having all those wonderful memories of shows they did together and their friendship.... I think its natural that he is still upset

I met John about a year ago when he was in New York promoting 8 Simple Rules. He was in a restaurant and I walked in and saw him and seriously like fell over. I didn't want to disturb him so I just stared at his back while he ate and then when he was getting up to leave I like ran over and was like "OMG I LOVE U!" and he laughed hysterically and hugged me and was like "I love you too" and I told him how much I luved his new show and how he's the funniest man alive and he was so funny and was like "Stop I'm blushing!" and I was like crying and he told me to save my tears for someone special and I told him he was special enough for tears. And then he took a pic with me and signed a napkin for me and told me if I was ever in Florida to stop by the studio and I was like okay and he left. That was the last time I saw him in person. He smelled good. lol thats what I remember most. And that I was laughing hysterically at everything he said.

he wuz with his son, who starred in Freddy vs Jason. Forget his name. But he had left (to get the car?) and several people went up to him but most of the people there were old so I was the only psycho fan. I miss him.
