thx for the reply but why do you believe that? I'd like to get a great discussion about him going!
MonarC 09-29-2003, 06:26 PM He was a master at RAP music. Because it wasn't just music to him it was art and emotion abd life. His words blow my mind. Some of his songs had to be mainstream of course. Like "How do you Want it" but his other songs that didn't get air play some had hidden messages. I also love how he was well educated and would study diff bookjs then write songs inspired by those books. It's also weird how he knew he wasn't going to be around long. He always talked about dying. RIP 2Pac
I hate 50 cent for trying to be just like him... You will never be as great as Pac... 50 wannabe..

Yea great points homie, 2Pac is all this and a bag of chips, his lyrics also blow my mind, I think next time Kristina you should post why you think Pac is a bad influence not just post "bad", cuz it dont seem to cut it and if you dont know about 2Pac that much you best research about him before you give any bad thoughts about him!
MonarC 09-29-2003, 10:20 PM You know it's weird how they keep releasing songs by 2Pac even years after he passed... Like "Changes" and "Thug Mansion" which are great songs but it just feels weird like he is still with us ya know....

SBTB Geek 09-30-2003, 03:21 AM I respect alot of his ealier work (pre-Death Row.) BTW, that pic of Tupac on your avatar isn't quite flattering. It looks like his mouth is smoking after giving too much.... :X

giving to much what? he is letting the fumes go up! anyway I love his pre-Deathrow work but his Deathwork work is his best such as the Makaveli album and all the albums released after his death on Deathrow/Amaru!
°Bubbly Blonde° 09-30-2003, 07:13 PM one of the greatest, if not THE greatest rapper, ever imo.

yeah I agree with you... btw I like your avatar :D
isiahthomas 10-02-2003, 12:58 PM 2Pac was the realest rapper alive. Now everybody wants to be like him. I think his best cd's are his first 2, 2Pacalypse Now & Strictly 4 My Niqqaz. If he would've never signed with Death Row, he would've been alive today. I know Suge Knight had him killed cause i heard that 2Pac was planning on leaving Death Row.
MonarC 10-02-2003, 04:05 PM yeah I agree Sugh is the evilistmofo that I have ever seen besides Tommy Matolla...

Naw 2Pac was just killed, Suge loved him like a brother and vice versa! when 2Pac was in prison nobody from his label saw him or helped him out or his so called friends, the only people the visited him were his family and Suge and 2Pac saw that as love and joined Deathrow!
isiahthomas 10-04-2003, 10:36 AM I just read some recent news that P Diddy paid a hitman to kill 2Pac. I hope this is just a rumor.

yea its kinda sad, Diddy's former worker and a guy who was Diddy's son's God Father has stated that Diddy put a hit out on Suge Knights bodyguard in 1995 and put the hit on 2Pac! if this is true it really shows what kind of person Diddy is and people can see him for the true person he is... A REAL BITCH!
The Modfather 11-06-2003, 07:24 PM I think he is awesome. Changes is one of my fav songs by him. He's great.
°Bubbly Blonde° 11-06-2003, 07:54 PM His new movie is coming out Nov. 14th, called Resurrection....
I kind of want to see it....
Eminem produced a new song called "Runnin" it has 2Pac and Biggie in it, and also Eminem I think..
I like it.......
isiahthomas 11-10-2003, 05:17 PM I saw previews for his Resurrection movie. I might check it out. I'm so sick of all this unreleased 2Pac music that's being released. The s**t sucks. If 2Pac was alive, he probably wouldn't have released that garbage that Death Row is putting out just to make money off of him. There's too many dvd's on 2Pac also. I was a fan of his but damn let the man rest in peace.

Death Row is not putting out those records, Afeni Shakur (his mom) is. She is releasing them out of Amaru Records, Tupac's own label.
isiahthomas 11-10-2003, 07:32 PM Well i wish she would stop releasing his music cause it's wack.

This goes out to BubbleLuvGrl026 since you have a avatar of Marilyn Monroe!
A poem wrote by Tupac dedicated to Marilyn, Enjoy!
Secrets R hidden within the clouds
of Darkness,
And in this place no one Dares 2 Breathe
in Fear of self-expression
It has been this way
forever and a day
until she came 2 shine
with a spark of innocence and questions
only 2 be answered with Darkness
Not just Darkness but the silent kind
that steals your soul and kills your mind
There was no compassion
for this thriving star
only exploitations
and confused jealousy
u saw no hope and brought the end
Never acknowledging the star within
:)
