I love Micheal Douglas...but "The American President" seems to be ALWAYS on....

Pretty Woman is on a lot...but I love it.

For a while, TBS or TNT, one of the Turner stations was showing "Shawshank Redemption" every single weekend. It was rediculous how much they showed it.

"Matilda'' and "Home Alone" are both on TBS too much

Desperately Seeking Susan is on a lot

It seems like The Burbs has been on alot lately.

Dirty Dancing is on a lot but I still can't resist watching it!:D

Cast Away will air on CITY-TV (http://toronto.citytv.com/) next month uncut (I love this station) and unedited. An audio commentary with director Robert Zemeckis will also be seperately included when CITY-TV HD (http://toronto.citytv.com/events/hdtv/). broadcasts the movie, which is their High Definition TV (HDTV) channel. :)

In the UK:

Beverly Hill's Cop and it's sequels are on at least once a month.

Army of Darkness is always on

Dune, Batteries Not Included, all of Eddy Murphies films- the Porky's sequels.

On TCM The Philadelphia Story and High Society are played out. They should play The Wizard of oz way more than what they do.

Office Space always seems to be on Comedy Central...

I always see some Lethal Weapon movie on. TBS is always and forever playing the same stuff over and over and over......

"Scrooge" aka "A Christmas Carol" with Alaistar Sim. For a classic movie it's on WAY too much. Every christmas it's on every station at every hour. It's well-done, but far from the best version out there, and it's kinda... well... boring. (I'm a lifelong fan of the George C. Scott version)

Jaws, and here lately, the '76 version of King Kong has been on quite a bit.

Any movie with actor Steven Seagal in it, is on way too much on that TBS station. :mad:

The Big Labowski is on Comedy Central non-stop. It was funny the first time - now I just want to scream whenever I see it :rolleyes:

American History X has been on far too much. Fabulous movie, but not something you should always be finding on basic cable at 6pm.

AMC will undoubtably be showing "Halloween 4 & 5" during their upcoming Halloween marathon.
Too bad they showed both of them about 20 times earlier this year.

AMC's also showing "Flashdance" all the time and all of the "Planet of the Apes" films. Whenever they get a new movie they show it until everyone's sick to death of them - then back in the vaults they go.
