Josh9125 09-29-2003, 04:14 PM Pretty Woman is on a lot...but I love it. TJL 09-29-2003, 05:53 PM For a while, TBS or TNT, one of the Turner stations was showing "Shawshank Redemption" every single weekend. It was rediculous how much they showed it. David 09-29-2003, 06:19 PM "Matilda'' and "Home Alone" are both on TBS too much Crimson and Clover 09-29-2003, 06:48 PM Desperately Seeking Susan is on a lot Mijada 09-29-2003, 07:00 PM It seems like The Burbs has been on alot lately. Penny Lane 09-29-2003, 08:13 PM Dirty Dancing is on a lot but I still can't resist watching it!:D Jenya 10-06-2003, 04:19 PM Cast Away will air on CITY-TV (http://toronto.citytv.com/) next month uncut (I love this station) and unedited. An audio commentary with director Robert Zemeckis will also be seperately included when CITY-TV HD (http://toronto.citytv.com/events/hdtv/). broadcasts the movie, which is their High Definition TV (HDTV) channel. :) webuster 10-07-2003, 01:48 PM In the UK: Beverly Hill's Cop and it's sequels are on at least once a month. Army of Darkness is always on Dune, Batteries Not Included, all of Eddy Murphies films- the Porky's sequels. On TCM The Philadelphia Story and High Society are played out. They should play The Wizard of oz way more than what they do. ~*Hannah_Lee*~ 10-07-2003, 11:30 PM Office Space always seems to be on Comedy Central... LILFACE23 10-07-2003, 11:40 PM I always see some Lethal Weapon movie on. TBS is always and forever playing the same stuff over and over and over...... DustBunny 10-08-2003, 07:46 AM The Craft. Liza 10-19-2003, 09:37 PM "Scrooge" aka "A Christmas Carol" with Alaistar Sim. For a classic movie it's on WAY too much. Every christmas it's on every station at every hour. It's well-done, but far from the best version out there, and it's kinda... well... boring. (I'm a lifelong fan of the George C. Scott version) dandelion wine 10-19-2003, 11:32 PM Jaws, and here lately, the '76 version of King Kong has been on quite a bit. TJL 10-20-2003, 05:18 AM Originally posted by little insomniac the '76 version of King Kong has been on quite a bit. I watched that yesterday afternoon on AMC. ;) Jenya 10-20-2003, 07:24 AM Originally posted by LILFACE23 I always see some Lethal Weapon movie on. TBS is always and forever playing the same stuff over and over and over...... Any movie with actor Steven Seagal in it, is on way too much on that TBS station. The Modfather 10-20-2003, 07:30 AM "The Cable Guy" is also on also. I mean, I love that movie but it was on 2 times in one day! It was on everyday! And it's on tonight! I just saw the add:p The Modfather 10-20-2003, 07:31 AM Originally posted by Jenya Any movie with actor Steven Seagal in it, is on way too much on that TBS station.  Yeah, why? That's what I want to know. Liza 10-21-2003, 07:12 PM The Big Labowski is on Comedy Central non-stop. It was funny the first time - now I just want to scream whenever I see it  American History X has been on far too much. Fabulous movie, but not something you should always be finding on basic cable at 6pm. TJL 10-21-2003, 07:17 PM AMC will undoubtably be showing "Halloween 4 & 5" during their upcoming Halloween marathon. Too bad they showed both of them about 20 times earlier this year. Liza 10-21-2003, 08:39 PM AMC's also showing "Flashdance" all the time and all of the "Planet of the Apes" films. Whenever they get a new movie they show it until everyone's sick to death of them - then back in the vaults they go.
