I don't really like Conan's guests, Jay wins on that category. I love his guests. Buuuuuut... on monologue, they both are great, but I think Conan beats out Jay. Conan is hilarious. He also makes his show lively, i.e. all his jumping around and all that... I like Letterman too; most of his monologues and some of his sketches are just as funny, but some of the other stuff on his show can get tedious. Not all of Leno's stuff is the greatest either, but I love the headlines, the Battles of the Jaywalker All Stars, and the spots where he's showing outrageous products or satirical clips of Bin Laden, Houssein, or whoever, or like when he and Kevin had those campaign ads against each other.
