last night's episode was "Take My Life, Please".
That was a pretty funny one.
It cracks me up when everyone's in Joe's office changing the results of Helen's Career Placement test, and Helen's outside the door and she says, "hey, what are you guys doing in there anyway?" and Fay goes, "We're dressing!" hahahaha

and oh, I never noticed this before, but when Brian's talking to Helen about her stand-up act, he sayscthat pain is funny, and she goes, "really?" and then you hear a big slamming sound, and Lowell comes out hopping on one foot going, "ooh! ooh! ow! oh! oooh! ow! oh! ow! ow!..." hopping around in a circle in the terminal and then right back out the door to the hangar.. that's funny, but the funniest thing about it was that Steven almost lost it. haha. he was really laughing and trying really hard not to. So was Crystal, but Steven had more lines, and you can see him trying to compose himself to say his lines, and he even sort of cracked up in the middle of one. hehehe it's so funny. I love when that happens- when you can tell the actors are trying REALLY hard not to laugh.

I've seen this episode twice, and each time I've seriously wondered if Thomas Haden Church was SUPPOSED to come hopping in like that, or if it was something that he threw in to crack up the cast and crew, and it was so funny that they left it in the finished version.

Similar situations have happened before on other sitcoms....Lowell's whole "Ooh! Ooh! Ow! Oh! Ow! Ooh....." thing just looked like a spontaneous bit of unexpected business!
