I bought a Panasonic DMR-E50 DVD Recorder, and am presently waiting for it to arrive in the mail. What brand of DVDs ought I get for this purpose? I would like to find the best deal on-line for compatible blank DVDs.
Thanks for your help!

Hello :)
I would say the best DVD-R's to use would be TDK, Panasonic or Sony. A name brand that you know is best. You can try to find these at ebay.
There are several cheaper brands online (Princo, Best Media, Optodisc). I would avoid these at all costs. They will 'freeze up' and 'skip' a lot. I know they are a lot cheaper, but they are really a waste of money.
I have heard a lot of good things about RiteK. You may want to try those.
Good luck! :)
