Lately I've been watching reruns of "Mad About You" on the Lifetime channel, so I was just eating my breakfast and watching it, and they made a comment about "Wings"! lol. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be good or bad, but I was still psyched to hear another TV show mention "Wings"..
here's how it went:
I didn't see the episode from the beginning, but I guess Murray- the dog- was in a commercial. So Ira and Paul were out walking Murray, and Ira says, "I remember when you found him. who would have thought he would be a star." and Paul said, "he's not a star. he's Murray" and Ira said, "are you kidding? every time I turn on the TV it's either him, or 'Wings'!"

ok, just thought I'd share...

Oh yeah, that was one of those gags that was so popular when USA was airing different episodes of "Wings" several times a day....

Ah, for the days when every time you turned on your TV you saw "Wings"....Yup, that would work for ME!

It was also mentioned on The Critic once. Satan was talking to his secretary who said that the cast of Wings wanted to do another season and Satan said "There are things that even I can't do." or something like that

I think Wings was a much better show than The Critic was.
