k let me clear the air on this, ok mickyfan413@msn.com, did send the tapes, but he had told me he sent them on the 15, but the post mark says the 18, 2 days after, and the quality was really poor, qote un quote, this is what he told me in an email

I have three tapes with the early 1970s mr rogers the quality is good.could you tape for me mr belvedere,silver spoons,you cant do that on television and if you have the show when andy gibbwas on punky brewster.could you mix and match those three shows.joe

then on the tapes, he had on the first one he sent only had 3 episodes on them, the second tape had mr rogers specials, and then when it ended, it showed mr rogers pic with music playing and that was the only thing on the rest of the tape, then on the 3rd tape it there were mr rogers episodes, then after the last one, he started over and put them on again, so in other words he does not have 3 tapes like he prommised...

Then give him a chance to resolve the situation before you dupe him a bad trader.

He redid a tape for me and there was no problem.

As for saying he mailed the 15th and didn't send until the 18th man things happen. Ask me, they happen to me ALL THE TIME. If you are uptight about things then he may have been worried about *gasp* you saying he was a bad trader and just went ahead and said he mailed it the 15th. I've been in a car accident, had 2 unexpected work trips, funerals, jobs, LIFE happen and you can't always make it to the PO when you are supposed to, you just can't.

Give him a chance to rectify the problem before calling him out. There are far worse people to be dealt with.
